If you received a jewelry that is damaged or has an error, please notify us immediately via Email and we will work right away on expediting an exchange, or a refund of your purchase.   

 

Return Policy   

Customers are able to return new, unused items fulfilled by UsaNameNecklace.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that on all returned orders of personalized items there is a 20% restocking fee Please note that cancellations made after 24 hours from the order date are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
